Fragrance Free Organic Hair Care

Calia Shampoos, Conditioner and Hair Spray have none of the potentially harmful synthetic additives found in many of today's hair products. We use certified organic botanicals and oils to cleanse, condition and nourish your hair naturally.

Our Calia Hair Shampoos and Conditioner are enriched with natural silica which is reputed to help grow stronger and healthier hair.

Calia Shampoos, Conditioner and Hair Spray are unscented for those who prefer a fragrance free product and for those who want to create their own special scent or enhance the curative properties using Calia essential oils.

Shampoos & Conditioner

The easiest way to add your selected essential oils is to pour the oils into the shampoo or conditioner bottle. Close the lid and turn the bottle upside down. The lighter viscosity oil will filter its way through the shampoo or conditioner after several hours.

Intensive Conditioner

Calia Intensive Conditioner is especially formulated to increase easy management of over-treated or damaged dry hair. Used with our Curative or Hydrating shampoo, it is our best hair-healing combo.

Hair Spray

For a natural medium hold, style hair as desired. Hold bottle 8 to 12 inches from dry hair and spray evenly. For styling, use hair spray on wet hair for a gel finish.

Styling Gel

Calia Organic Styling Gel is a wonderfully pure alternative to the highly synthetic and pore-clogging array of mainstream hair hold products. This alcohol-free formula provides great hold, is easy on the hair and scalp and is easily washed out.

For Children

We have recently added our Calina combination shampoo and body wash for kids. Its 'no tears' formula is even milder than our regular product with the addition of calendula. The Calina combo also works well for adults when traveling or going to the gym when you don't want to carry any more than need be.

Calia Hair Care With Essential Oils

Calia Balancing and Hydrating shampoos and conditioners are the same great all natural Calia formulas except we have added essential oils for increased efficiency and enhancement of their natural fragrance.

The Calia Balancing Formula with Cedarwood Atlas oils and Rosewood oil provides warm woody aroma while being beneficial to all hair types, from oily to dry. Cedarwood oil is also very good for easing dry, flakey scalp conditions.

The Calia Hydrating Formula uses a combination of European Lavender oil blended with Italian Bergamot oil and Rose Geranium oil. The citrus qualities of the Bergamot oil assist in cleaning the hair and scalp while both the Lavender and Rose Geranium oils are known for their ability to regulate the scalp oil secretions.

Our unscented Calia Hand & Body Wash and Skin Lotion are made with certified organic botanicals. Calia Hand & Body Wash is formulated to cleanse and moisturize your skin naturally.

Organic Body Wash

Calia Body Wash is made using certified organic botanicals. It is non-drying and leaves the skin feeling clean and refreshed.

Skin Lotion

Calia moisturizing Skin Lotion is non-greasy, easily absorbed and enriched with natural Vitamin E; an antioxidant known for its healing properties.

Essential oils can be added to the Skin Lotion in the same way as above. Occasional shaking of the bottle will assist with blending. For a one time use, put the required amount of lotion in the palm of your hand, add 2 or 3 drops of the desired oil to the lotion, mix together, and apply.

Extra-Rich Skin Cream

Calia Extra-Rich Skin Cream with sea-buckthorn oil is a fantastic formula for all skin types. The healing and rejuvenating properties of sea-buckhorn oil have been known for years but a more widespread awareness of this great ingredient is only just beginning. The properties and purity of this cream is great for all skin types. It is an excellent facial cream leaving your skin moisturized without any greasiness.

You may customize your skin care with Calia essential oils to enhance their therapeutic value or just to create a special scent.

Recipes For Blends

Sunburn Healer

• 1 ounce Carrier Oil
• 6 drops Geranium or Rose Geranium
• 20 drops Lavender

• Mix oils and apply to affected area. Alternatively, you may add essential oils to an ounce of Calia Skin Lotion and apply. This blend is very effective in quickly healing damaged skin.

Menopause Balancing Bath and Diffuser Blend

• 4 drops Rose Geranium
• 6 drops Ylang Ylang
• 2 drops Peppermint

• Disperse the essential oils in a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak in the bath for twenty to thirty minutes. May also be used in a diffuser to relax and balance emotions.

Important Safety Tips

• Avoid use of basil, cedarwood, thyme, marjoram if you are pregnant or lactating.
• If you have a serious medical condition, consult your physician before using essential oils.
• Anyone with epilepsy or high blood pressure should avoid sage, rosemary, thyme and fennel.
• Consult a qualified aroma therapist if you have any questions or concerns regarding usage of essential oils.
• Always dilute pure essential oils with a carrier oil or lotion when using on the skin. The exceptions are Lavender and Tea Tree oils. Patch test on the skin and wait 24 hours for results. If skin is irritated do not use.
• Dilute all recipes by half when using on children.
• Store your essential oils in dark glass bottles, away from heat and light to maintain purity and potency.
